By accessing or using jadeldigital.com (the “Site”) or engaging Jadel Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) for
services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site
or our services.
Jadel Digital provides Global Capability Center (GCC) setup and scaling services, and IT consulting
services including digital strategy, Salesforce consulting, and AI solutions (“Services”). Specific scope,
deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate signed agreement or statement of
work between Jadel Digital and the client, which takes precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could
damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.
Booking a discovery call through our Site does not itself create a contractual engagement for Services.
It is an initial conversation to determine fit; any paid engagement begins only once a separate agreement or
statement of work is signed by both parties.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of
Jadel Digital or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not
reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
Fees, payment terms, and invoicing schedules for GCC and IT consulting engagements
are set out in the individual client agreement/statement of work, not on this page. Confirm with the client
whether a general statement about payment terms (e.g. “invoiced monthly, net 30”) should appear here.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information
disclosed during an engagement, except as required by law. Detailed confidentiality obligations for a
specific engagement are set out in the applicable client agreement or a separate NDA.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do
not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
A limitation of liability clause (e.g. capping damages, excluding indirect/
consequential losses) is standard in consulting agreements, but the specific scope and cap should be set by
Jadel Digital’s lawyer, ideally aligned with the liability terms in the client services agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Jadel Digital harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from
your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
